I really like the taste and enjoy drinking it! I would definitely say my skin looks less tired and dull, and it has also made such a difference to the skin on my hands, which used to be dry and witchy looking. The conditioning of my hair feels thicker, and softer, and has grown loads. I took mine in the afternoon, before the school run, as I found that it perks you up and gives you energy. It has been brilliant and so many more benefits than I expected.
